In charge of your home from start to finish, the TLM Ventures team makes sure your dream home, renovation or addition are done on time on budget and with minimal stress. With over three decades in construction, Kevin completed his apprenticeship in 1984, and became a certified Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter -the most respected designation in the field. Kevin’s passion for construction spans a career that includes projects all across BC including Bowen Island, North and West Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and for the past 20 years in the South Okanagan primarily Penticton, Summerland, Naramata Kaleden and Okanagan Falls.
A certified Interior Decorator, April has been working in partnership with Kevin since 1995. She helps guide the clients’ decisions from plumbing and electrical placement and fixtures to paint colors, flooring options to cabinetry bringing the clients’ vision to life.
April and Kevin both infuse their “customer first” approach in everything they do, and it shows by the amount of client referrals TLM Ventures receives on many of its projects.
